CLOTHWORKERS’ HALL
The main entrance to Clothworkers’ Hall 2006 At the heart of the life of a Livery Company is its Livery Hall, where the staff work and where the members meet. Although many such Companies have lost their Halls, The Clothworkers’ Company is fortunate to have maintained this tradition despite the vicissitudes of time. The present Hall was opened in 1958 and is the sixth on the site. Previous Halls were lost through disasters, such as the Blitz and the Great Fire of London, or were simply upgraded to provide more commodious surroundings for the Company.

Follow the links in the side navigation to find out about each of the six Halls of The Clothworkers’ Company.

Clothworkers' Hall is also available for the public to hire - see Hall Hire for further information.

The Company regrets that it is unable to offer individual tours of the building. Group tours may be arranged for a fee, payable to The Clothworkers' Foundation. View further details about Hall Tours >>
